How did that work out for you?
Chances are it wasn’t a long-term success. Diets usually send us off on a misguided energetic journey — pushing away things you desire (favortie foods and lethargy, for instance) and trying to be happy replacing them with things you think you SHOULD (celery and lots of exercise, for instance).
As you know with the Law of Attraction, whatever you try to push away you are actually drawing toward you — whether it is the specific foods or the weight you would like to lose.
There’s another way — you CAN eat ALL your favorite foods and live your life on YOUR terms AND achieve your ideal body.
THAT’s just the way the Law of Attraction works. You CAN have it ALL!!
One (Susanna Dee) calls herself the Doughnut Whisperer because she ate doughnuts through her entire weight-loss journey and continues to do so. The other (Leslie Lewis Sword) did it through fun and laughter and enjoys eating whatever she desires, including foie gras (which literally means “fatty liver”!!) — even before her fitness photo shoots — she’s now an award-winning fitness competitor and model!

Last night on a special bonus call, you learned about the importance of clarity and how to get it. (Members: if you missed the call, you can access the audio on the Members Homepage and in the Members Library.) Clarity is Step One in our 5-Step Success Expansion Cycle.
Step Two is to assess where you are – and that is about what you are thinking and feeling, not about how much money you have in your bank account. Assess your thoughts and feelings in relation to where you want to be.
(I am actually cracking myself up as I type this because there is something really big in my life that I want right now, something beautiful and magical, and I’ve been letting myself drop into feelings of fear and worry, and just writing this makes me realize that as long as I am feeling those things, I will not be able to receive my desire… Funny how perfect this lesson is for ME right now!!)
So, think about what you want. How do you feel when you think about it? Do you feel a bit of fear and worry or anxiety or even disbelief? Good to know. Do you feel tingly with excitement and as if you might just walk around the corner and manifest your desire right into your life?
With the first set of feelings, you now know that you are a little off track from actually receiving what you want. The second set is a pretty good indicator that you very well could find your desire manifesting soon into your experience.
It is very helpful to monitor and pay attention to how you are thinking and what you are feeling emotionally throughout the day. I even have sticky notes posted all over my house – on my walls and mirrors and even the ceiling over my bed. Some say “What are you thinking?” and others say “How are you feeling?” Give it a try. They are great reminders.
Once you know where you are you can stay on track or get back on track rather easily using simple tools (Step Three).
